My personal favorite - Supreme SEN is a true Allrounder. It's a great option if you want to swap out your afternoon coffee for an energising “pick me up” drink. I especially love this variety cold, with a splash of plant based milk for a refreshing iced matcha latte. It’s also a great way to take a little break for yourself, reset and re-fuel your body with a shot of pure chlorophyll and minerals. The Heritage Premium is from an award winning blender and comes from a small farm in Uij, Kyoto It is an outstanding variety when it comes to the rich umami flavour compared with sweet notes that most tea connoisseur focus on when judging premium qualities. I highly recommend drinking this matcha pure and in a traditional way (no milk or sweetener). But you can serve a small sweet treat alongside as it pairs beautifully with the matcha and is part of the traditional way of serving such a high quality. It's a true experience and should be honoured and savoured without being in a rush :-)

All of my matcha powders are grind to order and never older than three months. They are grown without pesticides in the main matcha region in Japan and harvested / ground / produced with traditional techniques and equipment.
