You will learn more about your menstrual cycle and its hormonal changes as well as what your body needs and requires during every individual phase.
The focus during the coaching will be your lifestyle (movement, nutrition, relaxation) focusing on your daily meals, beverages and snacks. We will analyse your current diet and eating habits in order to find relations and connections to your symptom (irregular cycle, PMS with intense mood swings, sugar cravings and bloating, menstrual pain and cramps, etc). You will receive a nutrition plan for the full month, catered to your individual needs and goals - including recipes, shopping list and product recommendations to make it as easy as possible for you to apply this revolutionary way of eating and living into your daily life.
